Paul (upon request by Guitar Center) will be taking part in the National 2011 Guitar Center Drum Off as a preliminary and store final round judge at a Chicago land GC store location.

I just got back to Chicago after 3 1/2 months of doing a jazz/latin gig overseas and randomly got contacted by corporate Guitar Center to see if I could be a judge at a nearby Chicago GC store! Well, the timing of it all worked out because I don’t leave for my next gig until November so I decided to do this because; why not? This could be a cool way for me to give back to the drumming community and/or inspire up and coming drummers, and heck some of my sponsors are involved with this event like Evans, Meinl and Vic firth.
Come out and support these competing drummers!

Location and Dates:
Paul will be judging at Guitar Center’s Joliet, IL location with preliminary dates on Sept 7th, 13th, 20th and store final on Oct. 4th.
